Let us get to know you.
Step one is to find out and learn about your brand, your goals and your target audience. Why you want a brand trip, your vision, budget and location.
Step Two
Proposal
We design your trip and present to you.
We show you what the trip could look like, from models, influencers, media, and potential locations. We will also mock up graphics and an itinerary for you and your team.
Step Three
Securing & Planning
Bookings and influencer contracts come into place, we schedule accomodation, flights and transport, then the itentary is sent into calenders for the team + save the dates!
Step Four
Two Week Prep
Pre-trip meetings, we gather our creative, and day to day itinerary with every department sent out. Influencers receive a packing checklist and pick up times. We check in with accomodation and media team for final touches.
Step Five
The Trip!
The exciting moment is here, we are on our way! Over the duration of the trip we take care of all things from trip management, daily activities, food and beverage and most importantly the memories and content creation! We even have a team member specifically focused on BTS!
Step Six
The Results
Throughout the activation, you will have professional and influencer content created. Whilst on the trip we start uploading all the content and screenshots of content to a google drive. Once we get home the review and editing segment of the process takes place over the next week and the professional content is delivered to your brand for you to push out to your audience and insights fromt he trip are analysed.
